Social is a social media management platform that allows you to connect social media accounts, create and schedule posts, view analytics, manage campaigns, and use AI-powered content tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, or Threads), you authorize us to access and interact with that account on your behalf, including publishing content, reading analytics, and managing comments. You may disconnect any account at any time from Settings.

You are responsible for ensuring that content published through our Service complies with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. AI Features

Our AI-powered features (caption generation, hashtag suggestions, content ideas, performance predictions, influencer matching) are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or optimized for your audience.

7. Billing and Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided APIs.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, including missed scheduled posts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheGoodSite.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
